Just a quick 5 minute trip into town for anything you may need. The host was very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. Would book again! "

"Captain Thompson's resort is an outstanding resort. It has the best location of any in Alex Bay. It is within walking distance of everything. The view of the river and Bolt Castle in units on the main channel is second to none. The staff was very helpful and professional. The manager, Lisa, was exceptional! "It is a beautiful, well maintained, thoughtfully updated home. Had everything we could possibly need and the furniture and beds were all high end and comfortable. Slept like a baby the whole trip. The views are incredible and the kids and grownups all loved calling out BIG SHIP! every time a BIG SHIP! came past. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming and there are nearby restaurants and grocery stores, but not at all a bustling feel. It’s an awesome place. Easy to find and prompt, friendly, efficient communication from the host! We will return. "
